All guests are required to register and pay to attend. Guests are invited to the Welcome Cocktail Party, Fiesta Grande Party, nightclub, yoga, and other networking events. Guests are not permitted into lecture series and do not receive a t-shirt or swag bag.

Sales to this charitable event are non-refundable. As a non-profit organization, we rely on ticket sales to support our cause and make the event possible. If you can no longer attend, email info@dordicktrialcollege.com to see if you can transfer your registration to another attendee.
We may be talking serious stuff, but that doesn’t mean you need to dress that way. Dress comfortably and casually to embrace the warm, sunny Cabo weather during speaking sessions. For the networking events and dinner, business casual/beach business is suitable.
Yes. We negotiated discount hotel room sales at Hacienda Del Mar, but you may stay anywhere you like. Cabo is relatively small, and you can travel across the entire city in less than 30 minutes.
Larger speaking sessions will be lecture-style with concurrent programs likely. Smaller tracks will be hands-on demonstration and direct work with students.
A hosted cocktail party will offer light hors d’ oeuvres on Thursday evening; light refreshments during the speaking program will be available on Friday and Saturday. At the Fiesta Grande Party on Saturday evening, dinner will be served. Other than the dinner on Saturday evening, dining is the responsibility of the participants. The venue offers several restaurant options, or you may venture out into Cabo for local favorites.
We are in the process of completing the application. It is currently unknown if the process will be successfully completed and approved for the program.
