Ashley Laiken received her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School in 2010. Ashley began her legal career as a medical malpractice defense attorney working for a premier medical malpractice firm. She then volunteered as a TAP attorney for the Orange County District Attorney’s Office where she conducted preliminary hearings and trials.

In 2016, she finally left the defense world to work for a prestigious plaintiff personal injury firm. There, Ashley’s experience coupled with her passion for being the voice of the people allowed her to achieve several six and seven figure settlements and verdicts for her clients.
In 2019, Ashley founded Laiken Law Group with the desire to provide personalized, unique and effective legal representation for her clients. Ashley Laiken is also of counsel for Tofer and Associates.
