Benny Osorio

Hon. Benny Osorio (Ret.) is presently a neutral at Signature Resolution, LLC, where he practices as a mediator, arbitrator, and discovery referee. Before joining Signature, he served as a Superior Court Judge at the Los Angeles Superior Court. During his ten years on the bench, Judge Osorio presided over civil matters at the Chatsworth, Stanley Mosk, and Burbank courthouses. Prior to his appointment on the bench, Judge Osorio served as a deputy district attorney for Los Angeles County. He tried more than 70 jury trials and was honored by the Association of Deputy District Attorneys as the Deputy District Attorney of the Year. Before joining the District Attorney’s Office, he ran a solo practice where he primarily handled employment and personal injury maters. Judge Osorio is fluent in Spanish.
