Mary Caruso

Mary Caruso is a Partner and Senior Trial Attorney with CHAT Law Group, LLP, practicing civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, including catastrophic injuries, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, elder abuse, sexual abuse, and employment law. Mary has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star every year from 2016 through 2022 and was the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles’ 2021 Rising Star. Ms. Caruso was admitted to practice law in 2012 but has been doing Plaintiff’s personal injury for more than 23 years, after spending years in the corporate world handling contract negotiations, union negotiators, human resources, and litigation.
