Stephen has achieved outstanding results in the courtroom over the span of his career. He was the lead trial lawyer on a team that achieved the largest non-economic damages award in Riverside County, $40 million, and, less than a year later, obtained a historic, record-breaking constitutional rights violation jury verdict against the County of Los Angeles for $3,100,000.
