Travis Davis

Travis Davis is a partner at The Simon Law Group, LLP, where he runs the firm’s Law and Motion Department. He practices primarily in personal injury and third-party bad faith cases. Travis earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Travis is an occasional trial attorney—practicing what he calls “Law and Motion in the Heat of Trial”—and recently secured a $161 million verdict in a product liability case in Orange County, California. Travis frequently speaks at legal conferences on the topics of law and motion, insurance bad faith, and more. He is admitted to practice in California and Arizona. He currently resides among the beautiful desert landscapes in Tucson, Arizona.
